This fully furnished renovated &freshly painted 1890s heritage listed building with accommodation is located in the heart of Northbridge (Perth).
The rooms are very clean and quite large with high ceilings some with fire places. The rooms are very secure/private and they either come with 2/3 single beds or double beds.
Shared rooms from $130 per week.
Single person rooms start from $300 per week.
Doubles or twin is $350 per week.
Triples are $390 per week.
four is $520 per week.
Includes all bills and linen and free washing machine.
Common areas include lounge/dinning and TV area.
In room TVs/dvds fridges and your own cooking dishes are supplied. We have male and female bathroom facilities,
Laundry and parking provided free.
