You get your own room (unfurnished or furnished if you wish).
There are 4 rooms = 4 people in the house.
All facilities shared but you can have you own fridge or heater/airconditioner in your room if you wish.
NOT a backpackers – we are looking for longer term tenants.

THE TENANT
We are looking for QUALITY APPLICANT - CLEAN and HYGIENIC people who are QUIET by nature, since strong noise restrictions apply.
PERFECT for students – NOT a place for party animals.
TO BE A QUALITY APPLICANT you should bring documentation, such as previous rental history, telephone references, present employment, study documents or any other material that you think will support your application.
(sorry, we don’t just take your word for everything – proof is needed).

THE HOUSE
The house is old, but nice, and is located in a pristine position in Perth with public transport, café’s, all types of shops, resturants, etc right nearby.
Perth city is walking distance or bicycle with bus at doorstep to everywhere.
YOU MUST LIKE CATS – a highly trained, beautiful, ginger furrball cat is on premises, so no dogs/birds allowed.
THE COST
Rent for room (unfurnished) is $260/fortnight ($130/week) + 3 week bond of $390
Therefore, moving in cost = $650
Top quality internet extra at $30/month, but electricity, gas, water inclusive as long as there is no excess.
